Used to wait 70 minutes to get through the call centre. It has dramatically improved now that NBN roll out is going smoothly. Max speeds I see are only 35 down and 15 up. Given I'm in a non lock in contract I might try different provider to see if it is better or not. Saying that 35MBps is good enough for youtube and most general stuff but its not the 80MBps promised minimum.

Verified Customer Very good, fast connection, great value. I have hammered the connection during peak hours, and it hasn't skipped a beat. The only downsides are the voice line initially did not work and needed several calls to get working, and there is no voicemail option for the phone line such as what Internode offers , and the support line wasn't at the same level of helpfulness as Internode our previous provider, when we were on the NBN.

So it's not perfect, but it is very good, and offers great value for money. Awesome NBN connection, Dropouts are minimum or not alt all, except in severe weather conditions as can happy to any ther.. Great value for the money as offering free international and local calls. Quick in fixing issues and great customer service.

Cheaper option than other network providers and good pay off plans. I have had a few issues with this ISP but the latest is this. I currently use TPG and tried organising an NBN upgrade, when sorting out a date with them I told them when I was unavailable but but they booked it on that date anyway and didn't change it like they said they would which wasted everyone's time.

Following that I called up and booked another date and got verbal confirmation followed by visually checking the install tracker on their website. Today was the day to which I have been sitting here for 4 hours waiting for a technician. I have a glance at the install tracker and find my appointment has moved back 2 weeks with no notification. I call up about it and they say there was never an appointment today, I explain to them that there was and that I have been pointlessly waiting all afternoon and all they could say was that there was no appointment.

I wanted to move houses and they charged dollars and confirmed internet is connected. When I checked the internet was not connected. When I told them that they told we connected you to the mainframe and not to the apartment unit and they can fix the job for another additional 60 aud.

A customer for some 10 years and I'm still yet to resolve my internet issues with TPG! They just cannot deliver the service they promise but they will not admit this and negotiate a reasonably outcome. Instead, they continue to charge you for a service OR lack there of!! I had issue with the costumers and also the modem. My modem did not arrived and as per conversation with the tpg staff the have told me not to worry as they will reimburse me for the time that I didn't have internet service and they also told me that I didn't call them to make an inquiry in regards to whereabouts is my modem when I have actually called the costumer service 4 times and on the first instance they told me to track my modem using the consignment number but when I have tracked it it was telling me that the consignment number does not exist and so I called again and again and I was promised and told not to worry as I will be reimbursed and also they told me that they have sent me an email and msg regarding to my modem when they did not.

All I can say that tpg does not have Word of honour and they blame their costumers just so they dont have to pay the reimbursement even though they are in the wrong. Remember TPG costumers is always right and also if your courier does call msg or contact the costumers it is not the costumers fault it is yours and your contractors.

Hocine Djebarra Reviewed 2 months ago. On the TPG website, it says my ms was 18 and that everything was ok, but when I go on any other website truth be told my ms spikes up to and averages around They mislead me with false information about its speed and reliability as faking ms in their website, isn't something a professional company should do and infact may be illegal.

If you are a gamer or anyone for that matter I strongly oppose you purchasing this network. I play the game league of legends and as I recently purchased TPG it is unplayable as it runs consistantly on ms with 10second delays, and consistant disconnections.

However that's not the only problem. My wifi disconnects up to 5 times a day, at random unpredictable times, saying the wifi is "limited" and connects back 10min later, without warning. This takes another hit into gaming and other factors, as disconnection of wifi mid-game is a serious issue. Another issue is customer service, they tend to be very rude when asked questions, and contacting them stating my problems they seemed uninterested and didn't persist with any actions in fixing the problem, I hate having to make assumptions, but it almost seems as if they just want your money and once claimed avoid any fulfillments made by the contract.

Please act more strictly towards your employes, stop misleading with ping tests deceiving people in thinking speed problems persist on other factors and not the network to blame. I wouldn't be writing a review but with the stress I was put through it needs to be said.

This is the second time writing this review as ironically the network disconnected while writing this review. This review is as unbiased as it can be, I tried being very open, however, I have been deceived, lied to, disrespected and scammed by this network, making it one of the worst experiences I've ever had!

Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Muhammad Wajed Sultan Reviewed 3 months ago. I am very disappointed with there service Waiting for last three week to get internet connection calling them every day but still, no solution don't get in there trap.

Sphyre Sattler Reviewed 3 months ago. I would not recommend to anyone! The internet keeps going down at my house and I have had 2 technicians out that have detected problems and 'fixed them' the last one said just get another modem. They have cold me today telling me the warranty has expired on the modem but we were never told there was a 1 years warranty on the modem in the first place. The internet has since dropped out and they are telling me I need to get a modem even though the technician said get one just incase.

When I said so when I pay for this modem and it's turns out to be your internet lines will you reimburse me for my cost and they will not.
